When I switched to gluten free last month, I was so worried I would have to give up on baking, but I have been so surprised how simple it has been to make the foods I love in gluten free options! So much of this is thanks to gluten free substitutions like Bobs Red Mill flour as an amazing substitute to regular flour. They make it so simple to create all your favorite recipes and stick to a GF diet plan. These Ginger Peach Muffins were one of the first reciepes I experimented with and turned out so great we have made them each week since then!
Not only are they so tasty, but they are also very easy to make and you likely have all the ingredients at home already. So time to dive in and whip these up! They make a great afternoon snack, on-the-go breakfast and or midnight indulgence!
