Banana Pumpkin Loaf

As the weather is becoming cooler and halloween is near, we are loving all things pumpkin! That includes this delicious spin on traditional banana bread! Just add pumpkin and it is instantly festive right? This recipie is so easy to make and is super kid friendly if you like to get your little ones involved in the baking fun!

Preheat Oven: 300F


2 Bananas

1 can pumpkin

1 1/2 Cup Sugar

2 Cup Flour

1/4 Cup Oil

2 eggs

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Nuts if Prefered

Mix All Wet Ingredients. I included my banana and pumpkin as wet ingredients as well.

Mix Together Dry Ingredients.

Be sure to let your little helpers be apart of the fun... Even if it is just pretend!

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients into one bowl. Greese Bread Pan. I lined my bread pan with wax paper first and then greesed wax paper. This helped me avoid the stuck on crumbs to the pan which I hate! Definately a trick worth trying!

Bake at 300 F for 90 minutes, Serve and Enjoy!
